TODDY
Mineral Toddy is "light" on the body. Take right after eating,
or between meals in juice or a juice-based protein or health shake. A
great way to take plain Mineral Toddy is to put a capful into whatever
you are cooking or eating. It makes food taste terrific - as it is after
all what your food is missing! Soups, salad dressing, spaghetti or other
sauces, even rice-cooking water will all be enhanced from the use of Mineral
Toddy. This is an excellent way to get every member of your family taking
a nutritional supplement with no protests! Note: Do not cook with any
other Toddy than plain Mineral Toddy, as the vitamins and other additional
nutrients will be hurt by heat, but minerals are not.
If you tend to be "allergic", this is the Toddy for you. With
no proteins, you can't be allergic to this one!
Important Note: You may have been taking other supplements for your health.
The advice here is that you continue taking these supplements, while also
taking the Toddies. Continue this for at least a week after starting the
Toddies, or until you run out of the other supplements, and see how you
do. Keep in mind that Mineral Toddy by itself will not supply what you
would get from other forms of nutrients. However, the minerals will enhance
your body's ability to retain and utilize these other nutrients. You need
to decide which other nutrient supplementation will best go along with
the mineral Toddies.
TOTAL
TODDY & ULTRA
TODDY
Total Toddy and Ultra Toddy, containing 60% Mineral Toddy, are best taken
with food, but can feel like a meal all by themselves. The maintenance
dosage is 1 ounce a day, but you can safely take up to 4 ounces a day
for an accelerated program. Some people like the taste of them and some
don't. The flavor of Total Toddy is more like tangy apricots, while Ultra
Toddy has a mango-like flavor. Whether you love the taste or not, all
you need to do is swig your dosage straight or mixed with juice in order
to realize the benefits. The taste dissappears well in orange, apricot,
or pineapple juices.
Note: If you eat little protein, you may find yourself having accelerated
food cravings after taking Total Toddy for awhile. Don't eat sugar. Instead,
add more protein to your diet and the cravings will disappear. This is
your body taking the opportunity of nutrients to rejuvenate and rebuild
itself!
OXY
TODDY
Oxy Toddy must be taken on an empty stomach. If you have food or flavored
beverages in your stomach, the Hydrogen Peroxide in Oxy Toddy will foam
up, just like it does when you apply the drugstore dilution to a cut or
infection. This is unpleasant, ineffective, and can bring nausea. After
you take Oxy Toddy, wait one half hour before eating or drinking anything
other then pure water.
I recommend taking Oxy Toddy the first thing upon arising. Some people
report a reduced need for coffee and/or stimulants after taking Oxy Toddy.
After all it has 20 drops of H2O2 per ounce! The effects last around 4
hours. If you plan to take Oxy Toddy twice in one day, wait at least 3
hours after a meal to do so. If you're an early riser, you may want to
take your second dose one half hour before dinner.
The maintenance dose of Oxy Toddy is one ounce a day. However, if you
are under stress, or need to use your sharpest mental facilities during
the day, you may want to take more. Up to 3 or 4 oz at a time can ensure
that a lot of oxygen makes it to your brain and body. If you are sick
with a cold, flu, or something more serious, support your oxygenation
by slowly sipping 8 oz at a time, twice a day, for up to 3 days! If you
do take 3 oz. or more for several days, you should replenish your intestinal
bacteria.
Taking More Than One Toddy in your Regimen
Of course you can't take Oxy Toddy at the same time as you take Mineral,
Total, or Ultra Toddy. But you can take them together in your daily regimen.
Take Oxy Toddy in the morning and Total, Mineral, or Ultra Toddy later,
at a meal. They are a nice " one - two (or three!) punch" of
health. ENJOY!
WATER!
The Mineral Toddies will enhance your body's ability to benefit from
vitamins, enzymes and all other forms of nutrition. However, is there
any form of nutrition which will significantly aid your bodies use of
minerals? Yes, there sure is - water. For better health, with or without
the Toddies, drinking 8 glasses or more per day is advised. This quantity
of water does not include any other forms of liquid; i.e., juices, tea,
coffee, milk, soup, soft drinks, beer, etc. The idea here is to drink
many glasses of just water, in addition to whatever other liquid you may
ingest. Try this tip with as good a quality of water as you can obtain,
and you will notice benefit almost immediately. This one works especially
well for those with serious ailments or pain, despite the fact that it
is too obviously simple, readily available and inexpensive. Give it a
try, and you will be pleasantly surprised.
Recommendations for All Toddies:
Each Toddy quart bottle is designed with a one - ounce cap. Simply pour
the liquid into the cap and drink one or more times to get your chosen
dosage. If you take one ounce per day, each 32 ounce bottle (one quart)
will last for a month. This is a maintenance dosage.
The most optimum way however, to take Toddies to improve your health
is to make sure you get at least one ounce of trace minerals, per hundred
pounds of body weight per day. That is one ounce of straight Mineral Toddy
per hundred pounds of body weight a day. If you weigh 150 pounds, you
should take 1 - 1/2 ounces of Mineral Toddy per day.
The most economical way to take Total and Ultra Toddies is this: they
each contain 60% minerals, while the other 40% is made up of vitamins,
amino acids and other extra nutrients. So to get all the minerals plus
the additional nutrients, a person should take an ounce per day of Total
Toddy or Ultra Toddy, plus an ounce of plain Mineral Toddy, for a person
weighing 150 lbs. That will give you the recommended dosage of trace minerals
plus all the other nutrients. You can take just Total Toddy alone, at
1 oz per hundred pounds of body weight per day. Some people do that, as
they like it simple and want all the extra vitamins they take as well
(perhaps healing from an operation or severe illness or under much stress).
For most people we recommend getting two Mineral Toddy and two Total or
Ultra Toddy as a package which will last approximately two months for
one person of average weight. This will include all your essential nutrients
and will replace most other supplements.
