Pure, raw unrefined & unheated, premium quality coconut oil. A true healing oil. Never heated in extraction or pouring, no chemical solvents. Made from fresh coconuts in Indonesia, and centrifuge-extracted.

Not all coconut oils are the same! Far from it. 

Most coconut oils available in stores are processed using heat and chemicals to extract the oil and pour it into bottles. So while it is okay for cooking, it doesn't have all the healing properties of unrefined coconut and doesn't taste like sweet fresh coconut.

Now many companies are copying the centrifuge extraction, but we have checked out the various sources and found despite whatever centrifuge it says is used, the product may actually be fractionated: the various components over-separated and the natural balance of the coconut oil lost. Claims that more of one fatty acid component than usual is not really a benefit by a sign of fractionation. And the so-called "virgin" oil is often heated to pour it into the bottles.

Our Coconut Oil is the best quality we could find anywhere, premium unrefined, so it would retain all the healing properties of the natural coconut that we consider important. We pack it in glass bottles, not plastic.

Your Coconut Oil was the first type of coconut oil I ordered on line. It is absolutely delicious - I love to take a tablespoon of it and let it melt in my mouth.  Coconut oil stored below 76 degrees becomes creamy smooth to a firm pure white solid - called coconut butter. When it is stored in above 76 degrees, it melts to a clear liquid.  Stable in heat or cold. Shelf life is 5 years when stored in glass. 2 years if stored in (PET) plastic.

Can be used internally or externally.

What Many People Don't Know Is ...

Coconut oil is made of  a medium chain fatty acid (MCFA), not a long chain fatty acid (LCFA) like most other fats. MCFAs are digested differently than LCFAs; they're easily utilized and they absorb through the cell membranes without the special enzymes or "fat-packaging" by the liver, that LCFAs  need, so they're used immediately as energy, not stored as fat.

Unlike LCFAs, MCFAs in coconut oil actually lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease. Also, MCFAs are protective of normal blood platelet condition and do not cause stickiness of the blood platelets, like most oils and fats -the LCFAs - do. So coconut oil does not encourage the formation of blood clots that may result in stroke, unlike other oils.

How to enjoy Coconut oil in your daily meals and snacks:

Add a tablespoon of coconut oil to your smoothies for a slightly sweet smoothness.

Pour a bit of coconut over your salad with vinegar, herbs and small pieces of  fruit ,such as mango.

Use a spoonful of coconut oil instead of cream in your coffee.

Spoon some creamy coconut butter on whole grain toast or cereal and sprinkle cinnamon over it.

Mix with with carob and a bit of honey to make sweet dessert balls. Roll in sesame seeds for crunch, or coconut flakes if you wish. Can also be made with ground raw chocolate instead of carob, and add walnuts.

You can saute and even deep-fry all vegetables, fish, poultry, meats, eggs in coconut oil. Less fattening than other oils, called the "low-fat fat" because it burns for energy so rapidly without special enzymes, so no stress to the liver, and it speeds up your metablism!

Cooking in coconut oil makes good ethnic flavor for Thai food, but also does well with chili, scrambled eggs, fish, poultry, meats, etc. It absorbs the flavor of the spices and herbs you use.
