Getting Smart With Your Intestinal Cleanse

Why I Started Doing an Intestinal Cleanse

I first started this cleanse because I have a history of auto immune type symptoms. Ever since I can remember, I have had a problem moving my bowels. There would be several days at a time that I would not be able to eliminate. I also deal with urinary retention, neuropathy, and vertigo. In addition, I have a uterine fibroid. It just makes sense that I have toxins in my body that need to come out.

How My Colon Cleanse Started Out

After using Intestinal Cleanse 1 for a week straight, I started using the Intestinal Cleanse 2 capsules (available in 240 and 90 capsule bags). I began with 5 capsules three times a day. Considering the health issues I have, I decided to increase the dosage to 10 capsules three times a day.

I Needed to Listen to My Body More

I realized about two days after increasing the dose, that the amount was too much for my body to handle. I was drinking plenty of water along with using Intestinal Cleanse #1 with my heaviest meal and yet I was not eliminating properly. I then decreased the dosage to 5 capsules one to two times a day. I feel that I have found the perfect dose for myself.

What I Learned

I have more confidence about doing this cleanse and completing it. It is going to take me a bit longer to get through the entire program, but that’s okay, it’s important for people to listen to their body, and that’s exactly what I did. I want to make sure that my G.I. tract was in the right condition to do the LiverKidney and Blood Cleanses.

If there are built up toxins in the intestines, the liver, kidney and blood cleanses are not going to give you the same benefits as when the intestines are cleansed of the stuff that can collect inside of it, especially with a person that has a history of chronic constipation like myself.

The Moral of the Story is…

Don’t worry about finishing this cleanse in a certain amount of time. We are all different and you may have to approach this cleanse in your own way. Happy cleansing!
