A very delicious and effective tea, Ginger~Mint Tea promotes healthy digestion, increases circulation, warms the body and helps break up congestion. This is a medicinal tea.
Also used for drinking while doing hot baths with detox herbs to remain well hydrated and stimulate the detox effect. Contains about 40 teaspoons of herbs, enough for 40 cups of tea.
Ingredients (*Organic, +Wildcrafted): Ginger Root*, Peppermint Leaf* and Yarrow Leaf/Flower+.
Contains no sugar, no animal products, no GMOs and no fillers.
Peppermint has a cooling effect, soothes digestive upset, improves mental focus and helps bring oxygen into the blood stream.
Ginger removes congestion and aids digestion. It also cleanse the bowels and helps cleanse the body via the skin.
Yarrow helps to cleanse the blood and at the same time opens the pores to permit free perspiration for elimination of waste.
Contains 40 teaspoons of herbs, enough for 40 cups of tea.
Tea by the Cup: 1 teaspoon dry herbs per cup of water (8 oz)
Boil hot water and pour 1 cup over 1 teaspoon herbs. Let steep for 10 minutes and drink.
All Day Tea: 2 Teaspoons dry herbs per Pint of water, or 4 Teaspoons per Quart of water
To make 2 - 4 cups of tea at a time in a tea pot:
1. Bring a pint or quart of pure water to a boil in a pot.
2. Turn off the heat and put the teaspoons of herbs in a tea ball, or straight into the pot of hot water to steep, covered for 10 - 15 minutes. Pour off tea through a strainer into a cup and enjoy.
2. If you have a special tea pot with a strainer in the spout, put 2 to 4 teaspoons of tea in the pot and pour the boiling water over them. Let steep for 10 -15 minutes. Pour and serve.
3.May be stored in a container and refrigerated to drink all day.
Drink fresh daily, 1 - 4 cups a day. Best used up within 24 hours.
