Why You Need It

An internal detoxification, improves circulatory system, increases range of motion in the muscles, reduces stress, prevents fatigue, improves quality of sleep, improves functioning of the internal organs, increases digestion and boost the metabolism, promotes weight loss and improves the texture and tone of the skin.

Maintaining good circulation in your body is one of the central tenets of good health. Many organs cannot function properly when circulation is poor. This means that a steady blood flow to all parts of the body is most essential for good health. A cold sheet tub soak starts this process.

Organic and Wildcrafted Ingredients: Cayenne pepper, Ginger root and Mustard.

Contains no sugar, no animal products, no GMOs and no fillers.

Cayenne stimulates blood flow in the circulatory system to carry away wastes, assist immune response, and feed oxygen and nutrients into the cells throughout the body.

Ginger acts as a muscle relaxant while stimulating circulation and sweating.

Mustard speeds up metabolism, stimulates sweating.

Suggested Use

Note: May be used along with the Ginger-Mint Tea Season Tea for deep cleansing of toxins.

Instructions: Place contents into a sock and tie the other end, making a large "tea bag". Put the sock into the tub water and squeeze often.

Caution: These herbs all create a strong sensation of heat on the skin. Mustard in particular can be irritating while it stimulates the body. Cover the skin with Vaseline before getting in the tub. Stimulation of circulation and sweating will still occur and your skin will be protected. This is not for the faint-hearted.
