I have had a difficult menstrual cycle ever since I can remember. I experience cramps, bloating, irritability, and a heavy flow. Im not the type of person who likes to take prescriptions or over the counter pain medications, so I would use heating pads to help with the discomfort and would only take pain medications once in a while, in severe cases. I use other products from Southern Botanicals and decided one day to try the Menstrual Formula Concentrate. Within 20 minutes after my first dose, I felt relief from the pain and bloating. Im thrilled because this was just what I was looking for, something all natural that could make me feel better, without the side effects from pain pills. My 15 year old daughter uses it too. I suggest that anyone having a hard time with their cycle try Menstrual Formula Concentrate. ~ A.G., Clearwater, FL
On the first day of my period I usually experience bad cramps and hot flashes that last for a few hours after my cycle starts. Depending on how well I've been taking care of myself, there is some discomfort but not too bad. A few months ago I got my period and within a few hours I had cramps so bad I had trouble focusing on anything else. I took two dropperful of the Menstrual Formula and within 30 minutes my cramp pain calmed down to a background discomfort that was tolerable. I have a lot of allergic reactions to over the counter menstrual pain relief and usually just suffer through cramp pain. It's nice to know there is a natural product that helps calm my system so I can function how I need to and not have debilitating pain when my period starts. ~ K.M., Clearwater, FL_________________________________________________________________________________
Along with the PMS formula, my daughter Ashley uses the Menstrual Formula. She tends to suffer from worse cramps and bloating than I do during her cycle, especially the first couple of days. Instead of using over the counter medication for her symptoms, I'm thrilled that she can use something natural to help her feel better. She gets swifter relief when she couples the Menstrual Formula with Cayenne Concentrate. ~A.G Florida
