PMS Support Concentrate, 1 oz
Why You Need It
Pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) is a condition which consists of both physical and emotional changes that occur before getting your monthly period and disappear during your period. Physical changes can include breast tenderness, bloating, tiredness, abdominal cramps, oily skin and muscle pains. Feelings of irritability, unhappiness, food cravings, tension, stress, mood swings, anxiety and unhappiness, even crying are some of the emotional aspects.
The exact cause of PMS has not been found, but it seems to be a combination of changes in sex and brain hormones.
These herbs give support for the female hormonal system and how it affects you premenstrually. The organic and wildcrafted herbs in this formula can relax, soothe and ease by nourishing both the hormonal and nervous systems.

Ever since I can remember, I have had a rough time before and during my menstrual cycle. Cramps, bloating and mood swings were the symptoms that I suffered from. I started using PMS formula a few years ago, along with the Cayenne Concentrate. When I use it at the first sign of PMS, my symptoms are not as strong and sometimes don't show their face at all. When my 17 year old daughter Ashley saw how well I was doing with it, she decided to give it a try. Now, during that time of month, neither I nor my daughter are the monsters we used to be. ~ A.G Florida
