Why You Need It

Zinc is an essential micronutrient that’s necessary for a healthy immune system. Zinc is also responsible for a number of functions in the body and is necessary for maintaining a healthy heart, skin and eyes.*

How do you know if you have enough zinc? With liquid zinc you can test to find out! A real advantage over capsules!

An Easy Way To Test
The zinc test is a simple test that can be done at home. Just take about a half a droppful of this liquid zinc in a cup with an ounce of water. Hold this under your tongue for half a minute. If it tastes awful and your immediate reaction is to spit it out, you do not need more zinc! Your body is telling you it already has enough.

If the taste is neutral like water or sweet, you lack sufficient zinc and could use more from food and supplements.

Somewhere in between, when it starts tasting somewhat bitter but not bad, then you have some supply zinc availalble, but maybe not adequate for all the functions needed and can go ahead and supplement.

Over time do the zinc taste test again to verify that you aren't continuing to take more zinc daily when you already have enough, or you can start supplementing again if the test indicates your zinc levels may be lower now. Being able to do the zinc test as needed is an advantage thst liquid zinc has over tablets and capsules!

If you prefer tablets or capsules you can always keep taking them but use the liquid zinc to test your levels periodically.
