Overview

A little goes a long way. For a headache, rub some on your temples. Try just a drop on bug bite stings.
For muscle and joint pain or injury, use 1 or more droppersful
and rub in well. A VERY POWERFUL deep penetrating heating oil that relieves the pain, inflammation and stiffness in joints, tendons, ligaments and muscles. For arthritis, bursitis, lumbago or any muscle or bone pain.
Ingredients: Wintergreen oil, Peppermint oil, Cayenne pepper, Ginger root, Arnica flowers, Saint John's Wort, Calendula flowers and Olive oil.
Muscle and Joint Repair Oil 2X contains extra Cayenne. It is very hot which create more circulation! For deep or persistent pain in joints, choose extra strength. For tender skin, choose regular strength.

Wintergreen
The leaves can make a tea to treat pain and swelling of joints. A chemical related to aspirin, methyl salicylate, can be distilled from the leaves. Useful with arthritis and inflammation. Used in salves and liniments for muscle pains and sprains.
Peppermint
The strongest of all mints, it has healing and painkilling properties. Peppermint stimulates circulation, yet is soothing to the nerves. Thus it can ease a headache, too For a headache, rub some on your temples.
Cayenne
Used for coughs, nausea, joint pain and shingles. High in Vitamin C. A favorite of herbalists as a salve to relieve swollen joints and arthritis pain. Increases blood flow, which promotes healing.
Ginger
Best known for nausea and dizziness. Helps with general aches and pains. Increases blood flow and relieves sore joints. Pleasing warmth refreshes tired muscles. Revered as a healer in ancient Asia. Cherokee Indians made a ginger leaf poultice and treated wounds and bruises. Relieves pain by reducing inflammation.
Arnica
A general remedy for sports injuries. Excellent for swelling control. A salve made from arnica is good for relieving sore muscles, bruises and sprains. Has anti-inflammatory and pain relieving power. A study showed it helped runners with muscle stiffness after a marathon. Not for internal use.
St. John's Wort
Grows wild in North America. Internally can soothe a sore throat, lung ailments and urinary infections. Used externally for wounds and for soft-tissue injuries such as strains, sprains, and bruises. Has an anti-inflammatory action when used topically.
Calendula
Long used in salves externally for rashes, including diaper and heat rash. As a tea is used internally to relieve ulcers and other gastric disorders. Effective in reducing calluses. Known to relieve muscle aches, sprains and bruises.
