SMOOTHIE and SALAD DRESSING RECIPES
High C Blue Smoothie: ½ cup blueberries (frozen or fresh) 1 ripe banana 2 cups coconut water or almond milk 1 teaspoon Acerola Cherry Organic Freeze-Dried Powder (a natural source of Vitamin C) 12 to 20 small mini-tablets of Chlorella-Spirulina 50/50 blend
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Super Green Smoothie: 1 medium peeled cucumber 1/2 avocado 1 clove garlic 12 small mini-tablets of Chlorella-Spirulina 50/50 blend Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt Add water to thin as needed
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Apple Green Smoothie: 1 cored apple 2 cups romaine lettuce 1-2 cups water 12 to 20 small mini-tablets of Chlorella-Spirulina 50/50 blend 1 teaspoon Acerola Cherry Organic Freeze-Dried Powder (a natural source of Vitamin C) 1 teaspoon Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Berry C Smoothie: 1 cup frozen mixed berries OR fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries 1 ripe banana 1 1/2 cups coconut milk or cashew milk 1 teaspoon Acerola Cherry Organic Freeze-Dried Powder (a natural source of Vitamin C) 12 small mini-tablets of Chlorella-Spirulina 50/50 blend Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
SALAD DRESSING RECIPES with Chlorella-Spirulina 50/50 blend
Vital Supreme Dressing: 3 parts olive oil 1 part Tonic Supreme or apple cider vinegar 12 small mini-tablets of Chlorella-Spirulina 50/50 blend Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt Drizzle of honey
Make enough for one or two people, using table spoons or make a bottle of dressing using quarter cup measures.
Avocado Cilantro Dressing: 1 avocado ¼ cup Greek yogurt or ¼ cup oil & vinegar mixture (Vegan) 12 small mini-tablets of Chlorella-Spirulina 50/50 blend ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 clove garlic Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt Squeeze of lime juice Tiny pinch of Cayenne Blend Powder Water as needed to thin consistency
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Greek Yogurt Dressing: 3 Tablespoon olive oil 1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoons of Greek yogurt 12 small mini-tablets of Chlorella-Spirulina 50/50 blend Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt Pinch of ground pepper Pinch of dill or thyme or other favorite herb
Makes 5-6 servings, which is enough for your lunch salads every day at work.
Tahini Dressing: 1/3 cup well-stirred tahini 1 teaspoon minced garlic Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt 12 small mini-tablets of Chlorella-Spirulina 50/50 blend ¼ cup fresh lemon juice 1/3 cup water Drizzle of honey (optional)
Stir all ingredients together, and pour over your favorite salad.
