My Experience with Effects / Benefits For me, when I take the Ginger Energy with Adaptogens, I get a nearly immediate boost in alertness, accompanied by some physical energy. I have taken products with Rhodiola and Schisandra before, and even American Ginseng, however, none of them have given me these results. The blend of these adaptogens with fresh Ginkgo biloba leaf seems to work synergistically. I personally get a clear-headed, sharp-minded calm energy, but in a more potent manner because of increased circulation from the Cayenne Concentrate.
I have also taken these products for digestive discomfort when I had some nausea. I wasn't having loose bowels yet, but my stomach was in knots. This immediately relieved my nausea because the cayenne concentrate speeded up the circulation of the ginger and other ingredients. There must be something special about having both fresh and dried organic ginger. I would say that within 5-10 minutes, the nausea discomfort had been improved by about 50%, but then after another 5-10 minutes, it's almost as if I felt completely fine. At most, I might have had a lingering miniscule feeling, but it was hardly noticeable.
