Suggested Use
Intestinal Cleanse 1
Take 1 capsule in the evening with dinner or with the largest meal of the day.
Intestinal Cleanse 2
Intestinal Cleanse 2 may be taken with or without food, but may cleanse deeper on an empty stomach. It requires adequate water to do its job as below.
- Take 6 capsules with 2 cups of water or juice.
- Stir one teaspoon of powder into 1 cup of water. Drink quickly before the mixture thickens or gels and follow immediately with a second cup of water . May be stirred into tea or juice for taste. Not recommended in smoothies because nutrients will be absorbed into detoxifying herbs and not available for nourishment.
Chlorella/Spirulina 50-50 Organic Blend Tablets
Take 12 capsules once or twice a day. Best with food, but may be taken with just a drink, smoothie or a snack.
Recommended to tak in the morning or afternoon or both, but not right before bed. May be taken with or without food.
Precautions
Intestinal Cleanse 1: Not for use by pregnant women, may cause uterine contractions. Do not use in cases of diarrhea or inflamed bowels. Use Intestinal Cleanse 2 instead.
Intestinal Cleanse 2 must be taken with adequate liquid. Taking this product which contains Psyllium without adequate liquid may cause choking. May have a constipating effect when not used as directed. Not recommended if bowel obstruction or intestinal narrowing is a concern.
NOTE: If intestinal narrowing is a concern (may have thin, narrow bowel movements), liquid Intestinal Cleanse 3 is a better choice to soften, loosen and gently push through accumulated waste.
Do not take medications at the same time as Intestinal Cleanse 2 to avoid having them absorbed and unavailable.
