Ingredients

Black Seed Herb (Nigella sativa).

This product has NO artificial ingredients or preservatives. Grown without pesticides or herbicides.

Suggested Use

Black seeds add a savory, slightly peppery taste that works well with many foods. Use it instead of salt and pepper, or together with them and any other herbs and spices.

Sprinkle on vegetables, eggs, dips, meats or salads.Stir into yogurt with cucumber and garlic for a Greek or Turkish salad.

Excellent cooked in soups, stews or side dishes when its flavor has a chance to meld into the warm liquids and juices of the food.

Also can be added to simmered teas or blended smoothies.

Precautions

Black Seed oil may cause blood sugar to go too low for persons treating diabetes or with hypoglycemia.

Black Seed oil may cause blood pressure to go to low for persons who have low blood pressure.

If pregnant, do not eat large amounts of Black Seed oil. Food amounts are considered probably safe, but larger medicinal amounts can slow down or stop the uterus from contracting.

Stop using black seed at least two weeks before a scheduled surgery because Black Seed oil may increase risk of bleeding, and may lower blood sugar and blood pressure, potentially causing problems during anesthesia.

If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before taking.
