Suggested Use
The two most frequent reasons to do the Liver & Intestinal Cleanse Program are:
1. As a health-boosting, preventative measure to enhance the present and future physical fitness. The cleanse is generally done for 10 days. It can be repeated twice a year or four times a year when the season changes for maintenance.
2. The cleanse can also be used as the beginning of an entire healing regimen to help your body overcome chronic illness, lose weight or reverse non-optimum physical conditions. In this case, the cleanse would be done as part of our Total Internal Body Cleanse program.
Program Outline
Pre-Cleanse - Get your bowels moving regularly by taking Intestinal Cleanse 1 once daily. This may take one to two days or up to a week.
Days 1-3 - Purify and detoxify the whole intestinal tract using Intestinal Cleanse 2 at least 3 times a day (up to 5 times a day). Continue with Intestinal Cleanse 1 once daily. The Probiotic supplement and salt are also taken daily. Our whole food supplement Chlorella-Spirulina mini-tablets boosts nutrition and energy so that you can successfully complete your cleanse.
Days 3-10 - The Liver Cleanse Concentrate and Tea are added and taken 3 times a day, along with a powerful Anti-Parasite concentrate.
Precautions
Do not take Intestinal Cleanse 1 if you are pregnant or nursing.
Taking Intestinal Cleanse 2 without enough liquid may lead to constipation or choking. Do not take in cases of bowel obstruction. Do not take medications within an hour of taking Intestinal Cleanse 2.
