Omega 3 Nutrition
Wild Alaskan Fish Oils feature desirable high concentrations of EPA & DHA in science-driven formulas. Gently refined to retain fresh nutrients, but with no burp or fishy taste. From traceable origins, sustainable, and American-made.

Historically, seafood used to be a much larger part of our diet, but most Americans no longer regularly eat it. In 2012, we ate on average a whopping 212 lbs of red meat and poultry, but ate only 15.5 lbs of seafood per person in 2015. In fact, what seafood Americans do eat is mostly imported farmed shrimp, accounting for nearly 25% of a years’ seafood meals. This farmed seafood has very little Omega-3 content, may not be grown with ethical labor practices, and may be tainted with antibiotics illegal for U.S. use.

We believe you should eat seafood regularly whenever possible and take Fish Oil supplements to get an optimal intake of Omega-3s. We recommend consumers make nutritious seafood choices.  The large variability in Omega-3 content in seafood species and potential for contamination means that paying attention to the species, country of origin, and brand/traceability of seafood is important.

You won't have to guess at the Omega-3 content because the Omega-3 potency of these supplements is guaranteed by stringent third party testing, and in addition every batch is tested for contaminants such as mercury, heavy metals, dioxins and PCBsNSF® Contents Tested and Certified

The oil of Alaskan Pollock, a food fish similar to cod, is a rich natural source of EPA and DHA Omega-3s with about 20-25% Omega-3 fat content. The Omega-3 fatty acids of this Wild Alaskan Fish Oil has been concentrated with a sophisticated and proprietary AlaskOmega® process in order to reach daily recommended intakes in just 1-2 capsules, and indeed, can reach as high as 85% Omega-3, which allows a peak dose of EPA & DHA in a single softgel.

Several Wild Alaskan Fish Oil products also contain other complementary nutrients like Lutein & Zeaxanthin, Astaxanthin, Plant Sterol Esters with fiber or fat-soluble Vitamins D, K and A and E, which may use 1 or 2 capsules.

Many of the products are available as easy-to-take liquids for adults or kids.

All of these fish oils are sourced from sustainable, wild-caught fish, caught by USA-registered vessels in American waters of the Bering Sea. This fisheries management system is regulated to protect the environment so that future generations can enjoy the benefits of Alaskan fish.

We think you'll be delighted with the results of taking these quality Omega 3 fish oil products!
