Vital Nutrition Plus Superfoods powder

SMOOTHIE RECIPES with Vital Nutrition Plus:

 

Blue Banana Smoothie:

1 ripe banana

½ cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)

1 cup almond milk or coconut milk

1 teaspoon Chia Seeds

1 scant Tablespoon of Vital Nutrition Plus

Some ice cubes, optional

 

Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

 

 

Super Green Smoothie:

1  medium peeled cucumber

1/2 avocado

1 clove garlic

1 Tablespoon of Vital Nutrition Plus

Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt

Add water if needed

 

Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

 

 

Apple Green Smoothie:

1 cored apple

2 cups spinach

1/2 cup Greek yogurt, or water plus 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 cup water

1 scant Tablespoon of Vital Nutrition Plus

1 teaspoon Organic Coconut Oil

 

Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

 

 

Berry Sweet Smoothie:

1 cup frozen mixed berries

OR

Fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries

1 ripe banana

1 cup almond milk or coconut milk

1 teaspoon Organic Coconut Oil

1 scant Tablespoon of Vital Nutrition Plus

Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

 

 


SALAD DRESSING RECIPES with Vital Nutrition Plus:

 

Vital Supreme Dressing:

3 parts olive oil

1 part Tonic Supreme or apple cider vinegar

½ to 1 teaspoon of Vital Nutrition Plus

Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt

Drizzle of honey

 

Make enough for one or two people, using table spoons or make a bottle of dressing using quarter cup measures.

 

Avocado Cilantro Dressing:

1 avocado

¼ cup Greek yogurt or ¼ cup oil & vinegar mixture (Vegan)

1 teaspoon of Vital Nutrition Plus

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 clove garlic

Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt

Squeeze of lime juice

Tiny pinch of Cayenne Blend Powder

Water as needed to thin consistency

 

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

 

 

Greek Yogurt Dressing:

3 Tablespoon olive oil

1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

2 Tablespoon of low fat Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon of Vital Nutrition Plus

Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt

Pinch of ground pepper

Pinch of dill or thyme or other favorite herb

 

Makes 5-6 servings, which is enough for your lunch salads every day at work.

 

 

Tahini Dressing:

1/3 cup well-stirred tahini

1 teaspoon minced garlic

Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt

½ to 1 teaspoon of Vital Nutrition Plus

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

1/3 cup water

Drizzle of honey (optional)

 

Stir all ingredients together, and pour over your favorite salad.

 

Adding More Nutrition to Dips

Add a teaspoon of Vital Nutrition Plus to Dipping oil with garlic & herbs for more nutrition.

Add a teaspoon of Vital Nutrition Plus to hummus for dipping veggies or putting over food in wraps.
