A lovely spring snack or dessert
1 large mango
2 large peaches
1 cup of raw macadamia nuts, soaked for a few hours in water or just raw
(soaked almonds also work but don’t give the same consistency)
optional flavors:
a few fresh peppermint or spearmint leaves
vanilla & cinnamon to taste
Put all ingredients into the high speed blender and blend until creamy.
Refrigerate and serve with a spring of fresh mint or a raspberry or two on top.
