Dealing with Adrenal Fatigue?

Adrenal Fatigue can be caused by chronic stress. The theory is that your adrenal glands are running at a constant pace trying to meet  the demands of a stressful life, and not giving the body time to relax and go into repair mode.

The adrenals, located on top of each kidney,  produce various hormones, that are poured into the bloodstream when under stress (including cortisol and adrenaline). Everyone can experience it differently but some of the common ways are sleep interruptions, weakened immune system, fatigue and exhaustion and the need for stimulants like coffee or sugar and salty foods as the body tries to compensate.

Restoring your overworked Adrenals seems almost impossible – especially when you are already exhausted! Fortunately, the road to recovery is easier then you might think. You can start with a few lifestyle changes.
